Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside of our control.

WYT 365 (Wear Your Testimony 365) Apparel Returns & Exchanges​

All WYT 365 apparel returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:

​

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

 

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise show signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

 

Books & Journals

Books and journals may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are unused and in their original, resalable condition.

Books or journals that have been written in, marked, bent, damaged, or otherwise used are not eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

Personalized, customized, clearance, and specifically designated final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
